Non-Harassment

Alcohol and Substance Abuse
It is the Company's goal to establish and maintain a work environment that is free from the adverse effect of alcohol, illegal and controlled substances, or misuse of prescription drugs. The Company expects employees to report for work in condition to perform their duties safely, competently and productively. The Company recognizes that an employee's off the job and on-the-job involvement with alcohol or drugs can have an impact on the work environment.

The Company strictly prohibits employees from possessing, manufacturing, distributing, dispensing, concealing, selling or using any of the following substances, or being in an impaired condition from any such substances, while on duty or while on Company property:
a) alcohol; or
b) prohibited substances as defined in the policy.

Educational Assistance
The Company wishes to encourage employees to further their education in job-related areas. Accordingly, the Company has established a program whereby employees who successfully complete self-study courses may be reimbursed for tuition and the cost of textbooks required for the course.
