Both of our principal office locations in Covington, Louisiana and Brooklyn, New York, and all of our OSVs, AHTSV's, Tank Barges, and Tugs are certified under the International Safety Management (ISM) Code (except for the recently acquired vessels from the Sea Mar fleet that are not certified under SOLAS), developed by the International Maritime Organization to provide internationally recognized standards for the safe management and operation of ships and for pollution prevention. to the environmental and regulatory sensitivity associated
with offshore drilling and production activity.
